Overview

Coastal Commercial Properties led the acquisition, entitlement and ultimate sale of this project to a private homebuilder. The project consisted of multiple parcels that were located in the County of San Bernardino, but were within the City of Chino sphere of influence. CCP negotiated with both municipalities to create a residential community that was welcomed by both.

In order to obtain approvals for this community CCP had to obtain a zone change, general plan amendment and a mitigated negative declaration in San Bernardino County from half acre lots to 4,500sf minimum lots.
